Is it possible to return or exchange the goods?
Hello! We will arrange for personnel to inspect all goods before shipment. We conduct spot checks on functional products during production, and we also conduct a second spot check when they are put into the warehouse. If there is no problem with the product quality, we will arrange delivery. If there is any problem, we will not ship it. However, if the arriving customer finds that there is indeed a quality problem with the product, we will cooperate to assist in handling it, but there is no way to return it.
When the delivery time reported to the customer has arrived, the factory has not finished, how to reply when customer is asking?
1. First of all, express a sincere apology to the customer and appease the customer's current mood.
I can understand that you are feeling the same as I was before, but good things have to wait. Inform them that this is our best-selling product, and the factory production volume is very high. Big workers work overtime at 12 o'clock every day.
2. Ask the factory about the latest production status and when it is expected to be completed.
3. Tell customers that we are very strict about product quality and will do tests before leaving the factory. You can get it in the future as the best product, then send some factory video pictures appropriately.
What is your fast production delivery?
We usually need 15-20 working days for delivery time, but if you have any special or confirmed orders today, I will try to apply for a top urgent order with a faster delivery time for you, my friend.
When the customer is in a hurry, and then ask for a fine over time, how do you respond to a few hundred dollars a day?
Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your order.But I'm very sorry to tell you that we can't meet your target shipment as it is really urgent (only 5 days) As you know, it's peak season now, so the production times of all factories are a bit long. That's why I ask you to confirm the order ASAP. We will try our best to get the goods ASAP (about 15 days), but we can't accept that a one-day delay will require paying US$500. I believe that nobody can accept this point either, and I'm sure I have offered you a fast delivery date. Thanks for your understanding and support.
